These Booking Terms and Conditions apply when you request or confirm an appointment with Khan Baba Auto Repairs Ltd.
1. Appointment requests
Submitting a booking form is a request for an appointment, not a confirmed booking. We will contact you by telephone, email or text to confirm availability and arrange a suitable time.
2. Vehicle information
You must provide accurate customer and vehicle details, including any known faults or requested work. Incomplete or incorrect information may delay diagnosis or repair.
3. Estimates and authorisation
Where additional work is identified after inspection, we will contact you with an estimate and only proceed once you have authorised the work, unless you have agreed otherwise.
4. Arrival and collection
Please bring your vehicle at the agreed time. If you need to change or cancel, contact us as soon as possible so we can offer the slot to another customer.
5. Payment
Payment is due on completion of the agreed work unless alternative arrangements have been confirmed with us in advance.
6. Privacy
We use your personal information to process your booking, contact you about your vehicle and provide the requested service. Please see our Privacy Policy for further information.
